Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, as joint and several liquidators of the company on 17 May 2016 at 10.50am.

In accordance with section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of McDonald Vague Limited, Level 10, 52 Swanson Street, Auckland, on Wednesday 27 July 2016 at 11.00am.

Business

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
