Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and Craig Alexander Sanson, of Auckland, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of COTTAGE WINES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 June 2016 at 10.35am.

We fix 20 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
