Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Thomas Lee Rodewald, of Tauranga, and Regan Brown, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PACIFIC HORIZON DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED on 23 June 2016 at 6.35pm.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 23 August 2016 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
