Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that it was resolved by special resolutions of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 29 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
