Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Tony Wayne Pattison and John Howard Ross Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of G P AUSTIN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 June 2016 at 10.11am.

We fix 28 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
