Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHEARING SERVICES KAMUPENE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 June 2016 at 3.00pm.

We fix 1 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
