Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 86(1)(b) and 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 (“Act”)

On 21 June 2016 at 6.30pm, pursuant to sections 86(1)(b) and 88 of the Act, it was resolved by special resolution of the limited partnership that TASMIN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 26 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 92 of the Act and section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
