Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

David Vance, chartered accountant and accredited insolvency practitioner, and Grant Jarrold, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of of INSTALL-AIR LIMITED (in liquidation) on 10 December 2015 at 10.30am by the High Court at Christchurch.

The liquidators have fixed 23 January 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
