Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Angelina Antoinette Greer and Hayden Dashwood Trotter, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholder on 16 June 2016 at 10.00am, the date that the liquidation commenced.
