Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 15 June 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TAS PAC DELTA LIMITED be liquidated and that David Walthall, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 20 June 2016.
