Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

The above-named company was placed into liquidation by a special resolution of the shareholder on 16 June 2016 at 5.35pm.

Sharlene Maree Bryant and William David Sawers were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 31 July 2016 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
