Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as replacement liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 May 2016 at 4.00pm.
