Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by order of the High Court at Dunedin on 5 May 2016 at 10.18am, GUARDIAN FIDUCIARY TRUST LIMITED was put into liquidation and Hudson Ralph Biggs, Accredited Insolvency Practitioner, Accounting and Finance Limited, and Trevor Edwin Laing, RITANZ Insolvency Practitioner, accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.
