Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 14 June 2016 at 1.40pm, the shareholders of AIR-FLUID OTAGO (2014) LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing, RITANZ Insolvency Practitioner, accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, as liquidator of the company.
