Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEYOND FREIGHT GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 June 2016 at 10.05am.

We fix 18 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
