Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CANTERBURY FRESH LAMB LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 June 2016 at 3.01pm.

We fix 16 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
