Notice is given that on 8 June 2016 at 8.30am, the shareholders of RAMPAGE PROMOTIONS LIMITED passed a special resolution placing the company into liquidation and appointed Grant Murray Thomas Wills, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator of the company.
