Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JAIDEN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 June 2016 at 10.30am.

We fix 11 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
