Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:
