Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 3 June 2016 at 4.15pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TATS 2010 LIMITED be liquidated, and that Gary Duberly, of Duberly Vincent Associates Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 7 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
