Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 31 May 2016 at 4.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WHATAROA FORESTRY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED be liquidated and that Neil John Donaldson, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2016 at 4.00pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 30 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
