Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 5 July 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
