Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed replacement joint and several liquidators of MITIMO LIMITED (in liquidation) upon the resignation of Deborah Kathleen Nobilo, pursuant to section 283 of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 May 2016 at 12.15pm.

We fix 11 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
