Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts

On 23 May 2016 at 8.27am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that PASIFIKA INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 5 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
