Tony Wayne Pattison and John Howard Ross Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DLR FLOORING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 May 2016 at 10.19am.

We fix 30 June 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
