Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of IMMANUAL CIVIL CONSTRUCTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 May 2016 at 10.40am.

We fix 4 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
