Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice is given that, by way of resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 14 May 2016 at 8.00pm.

The liquidator fixes Friday 17 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
