Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STONEWOOD HOMES (HAMILTON) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 January 2016 at 10.00am.
We fix 16 February 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
