Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 13 May 2016 at 9.35am, pursuant to 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of INTEGRATED RESOURCES LIMITED by special resolution of shareholders.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 16 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
