Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of WAITAKERE DIGITAL AND DESIGN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 23 December 2015 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 12 February 2016 as the last day on or before which creditors of WAITAKERE DIGITAL AND DESIGN LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
