Notice is hereby given that Luke Kenneth Canton, accountant, has been appointed liquidator of FORMATION CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 9 May 2016 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 2 June 2016 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
