Tamina Cunningham-Adams, of Corporate Salvage Limited, was appointed liquidator of the companies by the High Court at Auckland on 28 April 2016 at 10.55am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidator has fixed 15 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
