Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAYSIDE SPRINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 April 2016 at 10.42am.

We fix 31 May 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
