Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 29 April 2016 at 11.58am by order of the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c), Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed as liquidators of the above-named company.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
