ENVIRONMECH ELECTRICAL AND ENERGY LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 28 April 2016, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 28 April 2016 at 4.00pm.
Notice is given that the joint liquidators have fixed 27 May 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
