Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant of Nesti & Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of GIBSON CONSULTANT ENGINEERS LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 8 April 2016 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 23 May 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
