Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 17 May 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice of Creditors’ Meeting

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on Wednesday 27 April 2016 at 10.00am at Albany Executive Motor Inn, 15 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland.

Please note registration will take place from 9.30am.

2. Determine whether to appoint a committee of creditors and, if so, who are to be the committee’s members.
