Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUTO FIX LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 December 2015 at 10.52am.

We fix Friday 29 January 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
