Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FRED INC. LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 April 2016 at 10.58am.

We fix 16 May 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
