Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David John Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed replacement joint and several liquidators of SNAP PAK PACKAGING LIMITED (in liquidation) upon the resignation of Brenton John Hunt, pursuant to section 283(8) of the Companies Act 1993 on 15 April 2016 at 9.00am.

The company was placed into liquidation by its shareholders on 7 March 2016.

We fix 16 May 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
