Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 7 April 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that UNIVERSAL FINANCE TRUST COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 7 April 2016 at 3.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of UNIVERSAL FINANCE TRUST COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 28 April 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
