Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of LITTLE PORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by way of shareholder resolution dated 12 April 2016 at 11.43am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 20 May 2016 as the last day on or before which the creditors of LITTLE PORT LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
