Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that MPP INTERIORS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 April 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 4 April 2016 at 8.30am.
