Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Patricia Elizabeth Patterson and Grahame Brooklyn Hook were appointed joint and several liquidators of FLAIR DECORATING LIMITED on 29 March 2016 at 7.43am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The liquidators will dispense with a creditors’ meeting under section 243 of the Act as this is a solvent liquidation.
