Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CONEBURN LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 March 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 9 March 2016 at 11.30am.
