Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

The above-named companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions dated 30 March 2016 at 8.00am.

Tony Leonard Maginness and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) or 241(2)(b) of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidators do not intend on calling a meeting of creditors.

However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by 13 April 2016.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 13 April 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
