Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 14 December 2015 at 9.00am, Tamina Kelly Cunningham-Adams, of Corporate Salvage Limited, was appointed liquidator of the following companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”):

DGOLDARC LIMITED.

FINCO INVESTMENTS LIMITED.

The liquidator specifies 10 February 2016 as the day on which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act.
