Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 15 December 2015 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MUSTANG NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
