Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of ABOUT STAIRS & BALUSTRADES LIMITED (in liquidation) by way of shareholder resolution on 18 March 2016 at 6.32pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 23 April 2016 as the last day on or before which the creditors of ABOUT STAIRS & BALUSTRADES LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
