Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 18 March 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ISTIMEWA PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Murray Andrew Couper, chartered accountant of Papakura, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 18 March 2016 at 3.30pm.
